The role
Were looking for an experienced and passionate Leadership Development professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of leadership development across our department.
As Senior Partner Leadership Development youll bring a blend of skills from facilitating engaging leadership workshops to designing fit-for-purpose development programs that truly make an impact. Youll work closely with senior leaders and People Partners to understand their needs provide expert advice and create tailored development opportunities that help our leaders thrive.
Alongside facilitation and design youll also contribute to a range of strategic projects. Were entering an exciting phase where were defining and delivering the leadership strategy for the years ahead and youll be at the heart of it. This is a chance to influence how we grow leadership capability at scale embed our new frameworks and success profiles and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture and performance across the department.
