Job Purpose:
We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Artificial Intelligence Analyst to drive the implementation and integration of AI solutions across our products and internal processes. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of technology business strategy and user experience.
Youll play a key role in two areas: first by identifying and implementing AI solutions that enhance our internal tools and workflows improving operational efficiency across teams; and second by supporting the integration of AI-driven capabilities into our customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research evaluate and recommend AI technologies frameworks and third-party tools for integration.
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Lead and/or support the execution of AI implementation projects from concept to delivery.
- Design and run experiments to test feasibility performance and ROI of proposed AI initiatives.
- Track industry trends and emerging AI solutions maintaining a proactive innovation pipeline.
- Assist with developing documentation training materials and best practices for internal adoption of AI tools.
- Contribute to shaping product direction with a product manager lens focused on customer outcomes and scalability.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in an AI data analytics machine learning or innovation-related role.
Product-oriented thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical employees.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering LLMs NLP and generative AI use cases.
Demonstrated experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with popular AI platforms and tools (e.g. Glean OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain Google Vertex AI)
