Capabilities
Oversee day-to-day training programs and initiatives such as the mentoring program;
Organize program and project activities in order to support the creation of efficiencies using prior experience in sound Program Management (PM) methodologies;
Support the establishment of clear and sustainable program objectives and evaluatetheir effectiveness;
Provide risk mitigation suggestions and support implementation of Sponsor-approvedefforts;
Consult with portfolio program and project managers and technical experts to set upassignments tasks and subtasks;
Monitor portfolio program and/or project timelines and deadlines;
Keep stakeholders informed of portfolio program and/or project timelines and deadlines;
Engage in a diverse set of tasks covering a broad set of consulting capabilities including: analytical problem solving reporting skills and techniques documenting and evaluating business processes as well as making recommendations for process improvements;
Prepare and produce a variety of formal and informal communications to includememos emails reports and other correspondence as requested;
Support the implementation of new guidance and policies when applicable;
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars;
Manage coordination and correspondence between internal and external bodies;
Manage miscellaneous data in spreadsheets.
