Job Description
Bill Clough Ford is seeking a dependable and hard-working Detailer / Lot & Grounds Associate to support both our service and operations teams. This position plays a vital role in vehicle presentation and dealership appearance. If you enjoy working outdoors staying active and keeping things clean and organized this role is a great fit.
Job Type & Schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays
Responsibilities
Wash vacuum and detail new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards
Apply wax dress tires and clean windows inside and out
Ensure vehicles on the lot are clean presentable and properly staged
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot detail areas and automotive shop
Perform general groundskeeping duties (e.g. mowing trimming leaf blowing trash pickup)
Assist with snow removal or seasonal upkeep as needed
Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues
Support dealership staff with vehicle movement as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in detailing or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to operate basic equipment (lawnmower blower pressure washer)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the day
