Flexible 8:00a 6:00p schedules; 4 shifts weekly with a 1-hour lunch
Seeking Full-Time commitment of 36 direct patient care hours (4 days/wk) plus 4 hours administrative time per week

Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing APRN or FNP or Physician Assistant program
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain)
Certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
