JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Individualcontributorthatworksunderlimitedsupervision.
Appliessubjectmatterknowledgeandrequirescapacitytounderstandspecificneedsorrequirementstoskills/knowledge.
Responsibleforprovidingasafeandhealthyworkingenvironmentforallemployeesandformanagingreturn-to-workprogramsforillorinjuredemployees.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supportsthemaintenanceandanalysisofrecordsofworkplaceinjuriesillnessandabsencestoidentifyareasofconcern.
Supportstheeducationandtrainingoftheorganizationsworkforceonhealthandsafetypoliciesandstandards.
Supportstheselectiontrainingandevaluationofworkplacesafetyofficerstoensuretheyunderstandandcanperformtheresponsibilitiesoftheirrole.
Providesfirstaidsuppliesandresourcesareavailableinaccordancewithregulationsandtheorganizationshealthandsafetypolicies.
