Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate - Commercial (Law) to join our dynamic legal team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates to gain hands-on experience in commercial law within a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Assist attorneys with routine legal issues and provide general support following established guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis using various sources such as statutes judicial decisions legal articles treaties constitutions and legal codes
- Prepare and draft legal documents including briefs pleadings appeals and contracts under attorney supervision
- Collaborate with team members on complex commercial law matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and legal documentation
- Participate in client meetings and assist in gathering relevant information for case preparation
- Stay informed about changes in commercial law and regulations affecting the organization
- Support the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of commercial law principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal challenges in a fast-paced environment
