Location: Tucson AZ / El Paso TX
Compensation: $75K Base $105K Commission (Uncapped)
Total Earnings Potential: $180K (Top performers exceed this)

Were looking for a proven sales professional to manage a large high-potential territory.
What You ll Do:
- Drive sales across surgical implant biologics and repair product lines
- Build lasting relationships with surgeons OR staff and healthcare systems
- Consistently exceed sales targets and grow market share
- Strategically manage your time and territory with precision
- Represent a company with long-term career potential and stability
- Partner with local KOL in territory
What We re Looking For:
- 5 years of proven medical device sales success
- President s Club winner or consistent top 10% performer
- Strong track record of quota overachievement - - show off your numbers! :)
- Self-motivated driven and hungry for success
- Exceptional territory management and prioritization skills
