Job Description
- This is a fully remote role offering the chance to work on high-impact projects while collaborating with world-class engineering and production teams.
- The successful candidate will have 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience and a proven track record of improving processes driving cost efficiencies and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Design implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with design quality and production teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Evaluate workflow space requirements and equipment layout for optimal production output.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
- Prepare process documentation work instructions and training materials for manufacturing staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes equipment and materials.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing simulation tools preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote collaborative environment.
