- Proven experience scaling synthetic polymer processes for medical device or pharmaceutical applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting process optimization and statistical analysis for process control.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- At least 3 5 years of relevant industrial research experience is required.
- Strong communication analytical thinking problem-solving collaboration and the ability to work both independently and in teams are essential.
