Role Overview:
The RMP will oversee regional staff manage clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of patient care. They will also provide direct lymphedema therapy as needed support clinicians in their region and act as a liaison with facilities patients and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and supervise PTs OTs PTAs and OTAs
- Oversee patient care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients facilities and referral sources
- Provide direct lymphedema therapy and wellness services as needed
- Develop and grow the assigned region ensuring excellence in outcomes
- Collaborate with company leadership on strategic goals and reporting
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT or OT program
- Current Florida PT or OT license
- CLT Certification (required)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in clinical documentation and basic computer applications
Location: Osceola & Polk County FL
Salary: $70-120K
