- Serve as the Lead SAP FICO/PS Analyst responsible for the design implementation and support of SAP FICO and Project Systems modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert SAP guidance.
- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Controlling (CO) Internal Orders and Project Systems (PS).
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configurations and enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective SAP solutions to meet business needs.
- Manage SAP-related projects from initiation through completion ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and key stakeholders on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including user manuals process flows and configuration guides.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and SAP system enhancements.
- Stay current with SAP trends technologies and best practices to maintain organizational competitiveness.
- Lead and mentor team members as required promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
