Job Description
JOB TITLE: Assembler - Cable Solder JSTD
LOCATION: Chelmsford MA
PAY RATE: Up to $24/hour

Shift: Full-Time Monday Thursday 4:00 PM 2:30 AM (Day Shift)
Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies per drawings and work instructions.
-
Operate microscopes measuring devices and electronic test equipment.
-
Handle components of varying sizes including under magnification.
-
Use hand tools (tweezers rulers cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers screwdrivers).

Perform accurate data entry related to production.
-
Support team efforts for throughput and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred.

Basic computer skills; ability to navigate digital systems.

Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions.

Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.

Preferred: Experience with microelectronics or electrical assembly.

Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment.
-
Reliable punctual and eager to grow in the role.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
