Job Description
Position: Control Engineer-Cabinet Design (PLC Specialist)
Location: Houston TX (Onsite)
Exp: 5-10 Yrs
Must Have: Siemens PLC S7-1500 industrial control system design
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control cabinets for industrial automation systems.
- Configure and program Siemens PLC S7-1500.
- Prepare wiring diagrams schematics and control layouts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support testing commissioning and troubleshooting of PLC systems.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC S7-1500.
- Knowledge of industrial control system design and electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with field instrumentation and control panel components.
- Good understanding of automation standards (IEC/ISA).
Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Control Systems Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in control system design and implementation
- Familiarity with industrial automation platforms (e.g. Siemens Allen-Bradley)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
