Role: Engineering Manager (EL3) Infrastructure Programs
Location: Insert Location
Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager EL3 with a strong background in program management C-level stakeholder engagement and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and driving cross-functional alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver complex infrastructure programs with end-to-end accountability.

Partner with senior executives and C-level stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Oversee and coordinate technology integration activities for M&A transactions ensuring minimal disruption and successful execution.

Develop and manage program governance frameworks budgets risks and timelines.

Drive alignment between business objectives and technology infrastructure outcomes.

Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product operations and business leadership.

Ensure compliance security and scalability in infrastructure delivery.
Required Experience & Skills:

Proven program management expertise with 12 18 years of experience in technology/engineering leadership roles.

Demonstrated success in leading infrastructure projects at scale (data centers cloud networks enterprise systems etc.).

Strong background in M&A technology integration and post-merger transition programs.

Excellent track record of executive and C-level stakeholder management.

Ability to drive governance strategy and execution in highly matrixed environments.
-
PMP/PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.

Exceptional communication negotiation and leadership skills.
