Your Role in the Team
As Junior Designer, you'll become an integral part of the creative process, supporting senior designers whilst developing your own expertise in packaging and marketing design. This role offers exceptional exposure to the complete design lifecycle, from initial concept through to final production.

Your Daily Challenges

• Craft compelling design assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support new product launches and rebrand initiatives
• Transform creative briefs into visually stunning packaging designs that captivate children and parents alike
• Collaborate in dynamic brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives to creative direction
• Prepare technically accurate artwork for print production, ensuring flawless
• Support multiple concurrent projects whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Organise digital assets and maintain comprehensive design libraries for team efficiency

Essential Skills We're Seeking

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with portfolio evidence
• Strong understanding of print production processes and technical specifications
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring error-free, brand-compliant outputs
• Ability to thrive both independently and within collaborative team environments

Work Arrangements
This is a full-time, office-based position in Amersham requiring reliable daily attendance. Standard office hours with early finish on Fridays. No hybrid working available initially, though this becomes an option following successful completion of probation period. Some flexibility may be required during peak periods.

Salary & Benefits
25,000 - 26,000 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
