Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction:
Meet with clients to understand their design preferences requirements and budget.

Design Development:
Create detailed floor plans elevations and 3D renderings to visualize the design concept.

Material Specification:
Select and specify appropriate materials including cabinets countertops flooring and lighting fixtures.

Site Management:
Conduct site visits for measurements surveys and to ensure the proper implementation of designs.

Collaboration:
Work with architects contractors and other vendors to coordinate and execute the design properly.

Documentation:
Prepare project documentation presentations and material boards.

Project Oversight:
Inspect completed projects to ensure they meet design specifications and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Software Proficiency:
Strong skills in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp or similar tools.

Technical Knowledge:
A deep understanding of spatial design color theory materials and current design trends.

Portfolio:
A portfolio demonstrating experience and creativity in interior design.

Educational Background:
A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is typically required.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication presentation analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
