Job Description
Cleaning Crew
Full and Part Time Positions Available
Are you a self-starter with an eye for details At Dorothy Lane Market were known for our great food and service. We believe maintaining clean sanitary facilities are an important factor in providing a great customer experience. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as members of the Cleaning Crew. We have a variety of shifts available both part and full-time to meet your scheduling needs. If you love people and good food join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain overall store cleanliness
- Sweep and mop floors and perform deep cleaning as needed
- Clean restrooms and refill products
- Promptly respond to maintenance calls and help with accidents/spills
- Bus tables and return dishes to the dish room
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate and collaborate to work as a team
- Assist customers as well as the Front End as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and stay on track
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest Safe Helpful and Hard-Working
- Effective communication skills.
- 18 years or older preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
