Job Description
- Cashiering after Service work is completed by taking various Cards/Checks/Cash/or understanding approved Warranty or Fleet Accounts
- Scanning Service Repair Orders and Reviewing for accuracy.
- Handling customer interactions with excellent customer service.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling service appointments using CDK.
- Creating Loaner Agreements and Coordinating Shuttle rides to and from the Dealership.
- Be on time and onsite for your scheduled shift Mon-Friday including your Saturday (8am-1pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior dealership experience not required but considered a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
