Qualifications

• Current certification as a Medication Technician.
• CNA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to completing continuing education to maintain certification.
• Physical capacity to meet the demands of the role including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand walk bend squat and reach repeatedly during shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively and compassionately with residents and team members.

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and/or walking during shifts including transporting objects.
• Occasional bending squatting or reaching repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
