Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Process and Productivity Improvement:

Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.
Evaluate current production processes identify inefficiencies and propose engineering solutions.
Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to implement process enhancements and best practices through automation opportunity.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Partner with operations to drive Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.

Power BI & Automation:

Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor manufacturing KPIs such as cycle time OTD output OEE etc.
Automate routine data reporting tasks using tools like Power Automate Excel and SQL.
Integrate data from various sources such as MES system Excel and other systems to support real-time decision-making.
Automate recurring production and quality reports to reduce manual effort and human error.
Perform routine data extraction and trend analysis.
Provide insights through visualization and simple statistical analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and improve dashboard usability.

Cross Functional Collaboration and Support:

Work with production teams IT and maintenance to implement automation and improvement initiatives.
Provide user support for dashboards reporting or any new digital tools.
Support on manufacturing improvement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Computer Science or related field.
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement role and data analytics.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Power BI dashboard/report creation Excel and automation tools (e.g. Power Automate Python SQL).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
