The Impact You Will Have
Coupe Health is hiring a Scrum Master in Eagan MN. This role plays a vital part in helping the team stay organized aligned and focused on delivering value. Youll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure work flows smoothly processes are followed and communication is clear across the board. The Scrum Master will help push for continuous improvement focusing in on four key areas: Organizational Effectiveness (Engaged Teams) Customer Value (Building the right things) Quality (Working Product) and Team Effectiveness (Deliver Predictably). This position will work with multiple teams to help teams identify scope to achieve delivery on key the role the position will help identify and mange impediments while focusing on Agile best practices. Furthermore this role will be responsible for helping launch new products or services for their designated product area assist with large-scale application development migration to new business applications outsourcing of business or system capabilities and infrastructure upgrades. The Scrum Master must ensure that delivery methods occur on an iterative basis leading with agility.
The ideal candidateis a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced settings communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams and guides without formal authority. They bring structure to ambiguity drive outcomes and continuously improve team processesbalancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
