Job Description

Restaurant Technologies Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within a designated geographic region. This role involves leading and coaching a team of sales professionals managing key customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

The role of a Regional Sales Manager is vital to the success of the companys sales efforts. It requires a combination of strategic thinking leadership and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members to drive predictable and consistent growth for the organization.

Job Location and Region:This position leads our South sales team and is ideally located near major hubs in Orlando Tampa or Miami. Up to 50% travel is .

Compensation: The base salary range for this position and dependent on experience and performance is $125000- $155000 annually plus uncapped commission. Base plus commission earnings if goal is reached can range from $187500 - $232500. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location market conditions and the candidates experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit train and manage a high-performing sales team of Sales Executive hunters. Utilize CRM sales data to provide coaching mentoring and performance evaluations that drive predictable growth to ensure the teams success.

  • Sales Planning: Develop annual and monthly sales plans budgets and forecasts. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities threats and trends in the region. Use insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Contract to Installation Excellence: Coordination with Regional Operations Leadership and Customer On-Boarding Teams (Customer Journey) to ensure new customers progress through the RT installation process.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Finance Marketing Product Development Customer Care and Commercial / Field Operations teams to align GTM strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers strategic partners and industry influencers. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and sales methodologies to maximize results.

  • Sales Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics such as sales revenue conversion rates customer acquisition costs sales pipeline progression and installation of new business. Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.

  • Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget including expenses commissions and other related costs.

  • Forecasting: Provide accurate and consistent sales forecasts in CRM to aid in production and inventory planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business / Business Management Marketing or related fields (Masters degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful proven experience in sales management preferably in a regional or territory-focused role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools (Salesforce preferred)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Industry-specific knowledge or experience is a plus.

  • Operates with an entrepreneurial business ownership mindset.

  • Ability to travel 50%.
