Job Summary
Staff Management Group is seeking a Production Manufacturing Supervisor for our client in Randolph NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate:
- $22 - $24 / hour
Job Summary:
The Production Manufacturing Supervisoris responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency quality and safety standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership to direct production teams troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resources to achieve output targets. The Supervisor will actively identify and resolve problems challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires a proactive solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day production activities across manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Drive problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions to ensure sustained improvements.
- Challenge the status quo by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and productivity standards.
- Foster teamwork and accountability within production teams.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead influence and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
