- Develop Commercial Accounts: Identify and connect with business owners/property managers present tailored pest control plans and close sales.
- Conduct Site Assessments: Inspect commercial properties to pinpoint pest risks and recommend effective solutions.
- Perform Service Treatments: Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively according to company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Provide ongoing support follow up on service results and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage Your Schedule: Work independently in the fieldsetting appointments performing services and following up with leads.
- Prepare Proposals & Reports: Draft service agreements and maintain accurate records for each account.
