You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe IONM Technologist prepares patients and conducts routine outpatient and inpatient IONM procedures;collects data pertinent to the interpretation of test results and assists medical staff with complex recordings.
The IONM Specialist 1 is able to work independently performing their principal duties and specialist has the ability to monitor basic neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery in which neural structuresare at risk such as aneurysms arteriovenous malformations brain and spine tumors and spinal fusions. The technologist demonstrates willingness to learn new skills and advance their intraoperative neuromonitoringand patient care techniques.
