Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director Professional Promotion-Mood Neuroscience located in Titusville NJ.

Responsibilities / Areas of Focus include but are not limited to the following activities:
Lead development of comprehensive marketing plans including strategy messaging and tactical plans to achieve business goals
Lead media strategy including planning execution optimization and reporting.
Lead and manage the media agency agency of record as well as other agencies to develop and execute marketing strategy the tactical plan and tactical content development.
Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics through market research and data analytics that will inform marketing strategies tactics and measure tactical and brand performance.
Provide strategic direction and partner with the Franchise Omnichannel team to develop and deliver cohesive and innovative approaches and omnichannel solutions aligned with brand business objectives
Provide strategic direction for for the brand ensure continuous optimization and innovation
Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration

Qualifications:
A minimum Bachelors degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years experience in Sales Marketing Agency and/or related fields
Omnichannel digital experience cross-channel or agency experience preferred
Strong marketing proficiency project management verbal written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
A demonstrated ability to be innovative proactive work within a team environment and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required
This position is based in Titusville NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
