Job Description
Senior Rust Engineer - Web3 Security
Were a small mission-driven team building critical infrastructure to make crypto safer and more resilient. Our work focuses on enabling protocols to define and enforce on-chain security rules - proactively transparently and at scale.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and optimize low-level systems in Rust
Extend the EVM with custom precompiles and enforcement logic
Drive performance improvements via profiling benchmarking and parallelization
Collaborate closely with a small team on complex high-impact features
Key requirements:
Proven Rust experience especially in production systems
Deep understanding of the EVM and Ethereum execution layer
Strong systems background (memory concurrency performance)
Autonomous curious and reliable team player
Bonus points:
Ethereum client work
MEV HFT or real-time systems
Rollup or scaling knowledge
Low-level optimizations (SIMD lock-free data structures)
