Job Description
With increasing demand for digital product data and the expansion of our online platforms data management has become a key focus for E&ES. Our new PIM/DAM system provides the product data powering which now serves as the sole source of product information replacing legacy websites (GetConnected LiveWell etc.).
The Product Data Management team maintains product data across multiple languages and ensures consistency across platforms. This role will be responsible for managing product catalogue data coordinating updates and working closely with product marketing product managers and local sales organizations to deliver accurate timely content.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage day-to-day product content in both English and German.
- Act as the primary owner of product content for Germany.
- Import product information (e.g. from datasheets) into PIM/DAM for publication on (including NPIs).
- Coordinate and implement product updates in collaboration with product marketing and local content editors.
- Run reports and perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of product attributes and content.
- Manage local language catalogue updates including coordinating translations with local sales teams and stakeholders.
- Edit images and documents in Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Acrobat to meet DAM requirements.
- Upload and organize digital assets (PDFs images) in the DAM assigning appropriate metadata.
- Support website developments and new language launches.
- Provide product data support to international customers as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven data management experience; advanced skills in MS Access Visio Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational planning and time-management skills.
