Description
The company is seeking an Registered Nurse to join their Occupational Health team in Mclean and Chantilly VA supporting an Intelligence Agency customer. Applicants must posses Top Secret Clearance with FS polygraph in order to be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist medical staff in processing for transactional tasks to include but not limited to screenings vaccinations/immunizations and patient triage.
- Administer various medical tests as required such as:
- PFT
- Audiology
- Vision
- Vital Signs
- Some duties may include medical transcriptions
- Maintain patient records through electronic medical record documentation
- Work independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives
- Coordinate with other medical staff as needed and communicate with internal and customer team members
- Familiarity with working in Occupational Health setting
- Ability to read write and analyze/evaluate medical charts
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Bachelors Degree in nursing (BSN) and 14 years of experience as an RN or Masters Degree and 12 years of experience as an RN
- Passing the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses).
- Active Registered Nurse License to work in Virginia or compact license state
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Must have experience working in Occupational Health setting
- Must have governmental security clearance of Top Secret/ FS Polygraph
- Must be US Citizen
