Job Description

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with Orlando Credit Union ($363M in assets) in their search for a Vice President of Marketing. Reporting to the CEO the Vice President of Marketing (VPM) leads the development and execution of innovative data-driven marketing strategies that strengthen Orlando Credit Unions brand drive member growth and retention and enhance member experience across all channels. This role oversees integrated marketing functions including digital marketing AI-enabled data analysis branding advertising business development public relations and product marketing. The VPM directs cross-functional teams leverages cutting-edge technology including artificial intelligence and automation and ensures alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards.

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field with a Masters degree preferred. At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing with a minimum of 3 years in a strategic capacity. Fluency in Spanish is helpful but not required.
