RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accurate and timely forecasts of the balance sheet and Net Interest Income (NII).
Provide measurement and analysis of Interest Rate Risk (IRR) using various methods to provide the framework that allows the company to position its balance sheet consistent with its risk appetite and expectations for changes in interest rates.
Maintain close partnerships with various groups across the enterprise providing key input to critical processes and strategic decisions.
Focus on balance sheet composition and interest rate risk strategy and strategic planning for the companys three-year outlook with Corporate Planning and Finance.
Serve as a key liaison between Treasury Line of Business and Finance stakeholders with responsibilities in building short-term strategic and stress forecasts.
Conduct trend analysis in the Consumer Loan sector by leveraging balance sheet insights macroeconomic trends seasonality and Federal Reserve communications to identify key performance drivers and understand their impact on the market.
Utilize various tools including SQL Alteryx and Tableau to extract components of large data sets to validate results.
Generate strategic business presentations using various key performance metrics such as asset growth card revolver mix and rate sensitivity to communicate drivers to relevant stakeholders and partners.
Leverage Tableau to handle manipulate and understand large quantities of data in order to create senior level presentations to key stakeholders.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE::
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance Statistics Mathematics or related; and
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.
Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Conducting trend analysis in the Consumer Loan sector by leveraging balance sheet insights macroeconomic trends seasonality and Federal Reserve communications to identify key performance drivers and understand their impact on the market;
