Zakres obowizkw:
Koordynacja i realizacja projektw online / influencer
Przygotowywanie harmonogramw projektw monitorowanie ich realizacji i raportowanie postpw
Wsppraca z zespoami kreatywnymi technicznymi BR influencami produkcj redakcjami oraz bezporednio z klientami i partnerami zewntrznymi.
Nadzr nad produkcj i publikacj treci online (. txt landing pagey materiaw wideo grafik i animacji)
Weryfikacja i kontrola jakoci materiaw digitalowych przed publikacj
Wsppraca z partnerami technologicznymi oraz agencjami zewntrznymi
Udzia w opracowywaniu koncepcji kreatywnych i wsparcie zespou przy tworzeniu ofert dla klientw
Analiza efektw realizowanych projektw i rekomendowanie usprawnie
Oczekujemy:
minimum 3-letnie dowiadczenie w realizacji projektw niestandardowych digital
znajomo trendw w mediach spoecznociowych content marketingu influencer i reklamie online
zdolno analizowania potrzeb klienta i dopasowywania formy realizacji do jego wymaga
znajomo wskanikw i narzdzi sucych do analizy aktywnoci na stronach internetowych i social media
znajomo jzyka angielskiego na poziomie B1 lub wyszym

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating implementing and managing digital projects. The role involves collaboration with creative technical BR teams influencers production editorial teams as well as direct contact with clients and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and execution of online/influencer projects
Preparing project schedules monitoring progress and reporting updates
Collaborating with creative technical BR teams influencers production editorial teams and directly with clients and external partners
Supervising the production and publication of online content (e.g. text landing pages video materials graphics and animations)
Verifying and ensuring the quality of digital materials before publication
Working with technology partners and external agencies
Participating in the development of creative concepts and supporting the team in preparing client proposals
Analyzing project outcomes and recommending improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in executing non-standard digital projects
Knowledge of trends in social media content marketing influencer marketing and online advertising
Ability to analyze client needs and tailor project execution to meet their requirements
Familiarity with metrics and tools used to analyze website and social media activity
English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
