Job Description:
- Responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes defining requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience improve operational efficiencies and deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze and Optimize Processes: Study evaluate and identify areas for improvement in consultant end-to-end sales onboarding and service processes across diverse channels
- Define Business Needs: Lead and facilitate discussions to ensure that business and functional requirements are well-articulated and effectively address organizational goals
- Document Requirements: Create detailed functional specifications user stories and use cases for system implementation and operational processes
- Enhance Practices: Define enhance and maintain best-in-class business analysis methodologies and practices
- Governance and Quality Assurance: Manage and approve change requests while adhering to project governance standards ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Digital Asset Support: Provide comprehensive support to multiple distribution channels for all digital platforms and assets
- Proactive Recommendations: Offer actionable insights and recommendations to business and product owners to drive continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders IT teams external vendors and partners to implement system enhancements that meet business needs
- Training and Support: Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- University graduate or above
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the life insurance industry with a strong focus on business analysis or related roles
- Agile methodology certification is preferred
Preferred skills
- In-depth knowledge of consultant sales journeys and life operations
- Proven experience in digitizing end-to-end Point of Sales and service processes
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
- Familiarity with business processes and change management practices
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
