根据客户要求负责项目在公司内部及供应商端的质量策划过程质量管控客户端反馈问题的处理等工作确保项目达到预期的质量时间成本目标以满足客户的需求

岗位职责包括但不限于

负责项目的质量策划根据客户要求按时提交各阶段的质量文件并完成相关工作确保PPAP的准时提交和批准 主导客户审核内部过程审核产品审核及改进 监督日常检验工作确保按流程标准进行操作以保证出货质量要求 确保SOP至产能爬坡阶段的稳定生产 产品综合良率满足客户要求通过工序良率数据和过程能力研究组织团队提出优先改进计划并逐步提升产品质量稳定性 开展每日快速反应会议 跟踪内外部质量问题的改善状况开展日常分层审核确保现场工艺纪律被严格执行 对质量问题进行趋势分析 推动持续改进并定期提供质量周月报 负责内部重大批量质量问题的处理和改进 负责MSASPC 的日常监控制定并完善项目各阶段的管控计划 领导跨功能团队对客户投诉问题进行快速响应并分析改善以提升客户满意度 对QC或供应商提供质量标准和质量方法有关的培训 上级指派的其他工作任务

任职资格:

机械类相关专业大专以上学历良好的识图读图能力 7年以上钣金行业生产质量管理经验 熟悉ISO9001TS16949等质量管理体系要求质量管理五大工具及VDA6.3审核要求 能熟练应用QC七大手法5Why8DMSA及SPC等质量工具 有较强的逻辑思维和良好的人际沟通交往能力 良好的英语读写能力
