• Lead 0km issue analysis and goods return coordinate function team to drive the improvement.
• Lead warranty issue analysis work with product engineer for warranty field improvement through solution optimization by design and process reduce the warranty claim cost.
• Involve new product trial and PPAP submission for customer according to the product development timing follow the PPAP approval with customer.
• Follow customer process on CHANGE requirement with launch team and customer.
• In terms of customer issue on systematic failure steer the quality improvement project with team.
• To protect customer when quality issue happen answer for the containment action.
• Attend the layer audit internally verify the correction action implemented and effective.
