Job Description
Rock Hill Ford is a fast-growing dealership committed to providing exceptional service and value to our customers. Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our accounting team as an Entry-Level Accounting Associate. This is a great opportunity to start your career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Part time position: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

- Scan service invoices into system for electronic filing
- Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry and filing
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
