About This Role
We are looking for someone with diverse skills and some background in this space to carry out a broad range of operational service and support assignments. Youll join others in environment management maintenance monitoring performance and incident management as well as production support activities. Theres meaningful work at every turn! As part of this role you will be an L2 Operations Analyst supporting a wide array of applications.
Heres some of what you may be asked to perform:

  • Support applications and systems by meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk.
  • Provide effective day-to-day applications and systems support: identify assess recommend escalate resolve report document communicate.
  • Handle Incident Management for outages effectively communicate with clients during service outages and ensure the outages are resolved efficiently with minimal impact.
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems provide options and recommendations for prompt resolution.
  • Identify address application/data issues cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity.
  • Participate in Change Management. Support the installation configuration upgrade of business applications/systems in coordination with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Perform Applications health checks and periodically monitor the Applications during the working hours.
  • Adhere to existing processes and standards business technology architecture risk and production capacity guidelines. plan monitor and escalate issues as required.

Job Requirements
What can you bring to TD Share your credentials but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 2 3 years of relevant working experience supporting Windows and UNIX based applications preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic Finance industry.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working with vendors.
  • Work effectively as a team supporting other members of the team in resolving critical service issues.
  • Multi-Skilled and willingness to get cross-trained across applications and be able to Support them.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with incident management platform like ServiceNow.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Splunk DataDog or Dynatrace to investigate issues.
  • Relevant certification such as ITIL Foundation and Azure Fundamental would be highly desirable.
  • Comfortable to work in shift and on weekends/Public Holidays as part of the 24/7 Follow-the Sun support model. The working hours are 8am 5pm or 11am 8pm.
  • The role will also require candidate to work from office a few days a week on hybrid basis.
