Job Responsibilities
- Grow engage and manage the digital community of the brand across SEA and Oceania Markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with both external and internal parties (i.e. KOLs KOCs and other members of the community) via community programme
- Assist in managing platform operations and back-end processes to ensure the efficient functioning of the ambassador programme
- Partner with HQ Community and Marketing teams to maximise social media reach and influence
- Planning and implementing community initiatives that align with the campaigns objectives
- Work closely with Marketing functional teams and inventory team to develop appropriate communications to drive community engagement
- Reports on community programme update and growth
- Assist in producing regular reports for the performance of the community platforms and campaigns
- Compiling weekly and monthly community reports
- Regularly report on current community trends sentiment and channel performance; use data to inform recommendations for ongoing community outreach initiatives
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Support and facilitate the development and implementation of all marketing administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital social media or marketing
- Min Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other related disciplines
- Good time management skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English with strong copy vetting and writing skills
- Well acquainted with social media platforms and social content marketing
- Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
- Team Player with positive learning attitude
- Knowledge of social media platforms and understanding of influencer marketing would be a plus
