Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organizedEvent Coordinator to support mission-critical engagements. This role requires a proactive professional with a background in intelligence operations and a strong understanding of strategic communications and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex logistics while ensuring compliance with security protocols and interagency communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute classified and unclassified events briefings and conferences.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of event objectives and messaging.
- Develop and manage strategic communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
- Provide on-site and remote security support ensuring all events comply with TS/SCI protocols.
- Facilitate interagency coordination and communication ensuring smooth collaboration across government entities.
- Maintain detailed records of event logistics attendance and post-event assessments.
- Support crisis communication planning and execution when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance(mandatory).
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination within secure environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intelligence community background(military civilian or contractor).
- Demonstrated experience instakeholder alignmentand cross-functional coordination.
- Expertise instrategic communications including messaging and audience engagement.
- Familiarity withsecurity supportprocedures for classified events.
- Understanding ofinteragency communication processesand protocols.
