Job Description
Are you a registered dietician looking for weekday work in Saratoga County We are looking for a registered dietician for the people we support. As the Arc in Saratoga County we support adults with developmental disabilities. If you have no experience working with people with developmental disabilities we will provide you with paid training.
In this role the Diectician will be responsible for coordinating nutrition services to the people we support. This could include seasonal menus with recopies. Assessing medical conditions where a person may need a dietary modification such as low sodium low fat low cholesterol. Our nutritionist is also part of a team that assesses whether a person needs a change in the consistency of the food. There is of course paperwork including annual and quarterly reviews.

- 30 hours a week with a starting payrate of $31.45 to $35.00 an hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year nutrition or related program
- Maintenance of Registered Dietitian credential issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Valid NYS drivers license
