Job Description

AmLaw 150 firm is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firms busy real estate practice. The candidate must be conscientious detail-oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Listening to and understanding the clients business objectives then assisting the client in achieving those objectives within appropriate transaction documents is key. The ideal candidate will possess experience in all aspects of buying selling leasing and financing commercial real estate from term sheet to closing and beyond. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic state-wide commercial real estate and transaction practice.
