JOB SUMMARY
To provide courteous and positive service to all guest. To maintain a good working relationship with all slot personnel. To keep machine in operational order. Supervise the Slot Service Ambassadors during their shift while working as a Dual Rate Supervisor with the capability to motivate both players and Slot Service Ambassadors. To be flexible with the ability to work any shift when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include but is not limited to the following)
- To give change and break down bills
- To take care of all Slot Players service needs
- To be a source of information about all property events promotions entertainment restaurants and other facilities
- To openly converse with and build relationships with players and other Slot Service Ambassadors
- To sign up players for club cards
- To clear bill validator jams and make minor adjustments and repairs to machine
- To clear ticket jams and refill paper in machines
- To be able to answer players questions on machine payouts etc.
- To replace burned machine bulbs loose machine buttons etc.
- To safeguard slot assets assigned under their control
- To perform other job duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to calculate figures through addition subtraction multiplication and division on whole numbers fractions and decimal amounts
- Ability to work well with large amounts of cash
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; hear and talk
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts risk of electrical shock and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
- Will work with slot machines on a daily basis
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Knowledge of casino operations

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
