Description of the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our location in Macomb MI. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients in their homes and support them in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients health status
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with personal care needs
- Document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in Michigan
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
