The purpose of this role is to support the team in implementing the Quality Management Framework and Operational Governance for claims. This involves conducting file reviews implementing quality assurance techniques and collaborating with claims teams to enhance performance in alignment with business objectives.
Your New Role:
- Assist in engaging with the business for the strategic direction of claims management practices.
- Maintain high knowledge and expertise through training and industry networks.
- Demonstrate compliance with laws regulations and company policies.
- Act as an internal escalation point for customer communication and engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to claims teams.
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of results and trends.
- Ensure audits analyses and reports are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Provide coaching to individuals based on review outcomes.
- Monitor and implement improvement plans for performance management.
- Follow up on timely completion of action items from audits and health checks.
- Ensure claims operations comply with policies and regulations manage risk controls and support strategic governance through audits assessments and stakeholder collaboration
- Drive data-driven insights to support claims governance collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and lead continuous improvement initiatives through process reviews system enhancements and industry best practice.
About You:
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Preferably with Case Management Skills
- Previous experience in motor claims handling or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Understanding of motor insurance policies claims processes and relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant IT systems.
