The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Vice President Student Affairs and External Relations the Executive Assistant provides executive support to the VP SAER in their management responsibilities. The Executive Assistant acts as the first point of contact for the VP and provides support for several committees and ensures a high standard of accurate timely and impartial dissemination of addition the Executive Assistant provides project management research communications and meeting coordination support.
The Executive Assistant will have a significant impact on the general perception of the VP SAER office by both internal and external constituents and therefore requires a high level of visibility leadership and personal contact. This is a demanding position as the Executive Assistant is expected to take initiative and work independently with little direction and with a high degree of professionalism accuracy and sound judgment.

Salary Range: $80000 - $85000
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
Hours Per Week: 37.5
