Were seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team. This role ensures safety quality and productivity in line with TRUMPF standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed.
Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD quality and productivity goals.
Support new product introductions and process improvements.
Oversee employee scheduling training development and safety compliance.
Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning.
Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives.
Qualifications
Supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
Experience with TRUMPF products SYNCHRO and SAP (or similar systems) a plus.
Strong communication problem-solving and project management skills.
