Responsibilities / Areas of Focus include but are not limited to the following activities:
Responsible for coordinated and effective execution of branded and disease state awareness medical education including speaker training and speaker program execution.
Effectively manage and provide guidance to medical education agency for specific tactics
Maintain and foster relationships with critical advocacy partners to advance future needs for the brand.
Develop and pull through innovative peer to peer engagement platforms and tactics.
Gather and share insights on market development opportunities and competitive landscape through regular interactions with thought leaders.
Support execution of treatment site activation solutions including development of tailored promotional resources
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience with 2 years in marketing sales sales learning and development healthcare professional sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experienceand/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Experience with project managementand experience in field sales preferred
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
This position is based in Titusville NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100000-$172500Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
