Carpenter

Now hiring a Carpenter for a condo community in Lyndhurst for 1^st shift 8am 4:30pm.

Monday Saturday.

Weekly pay at $16 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Clean scrape sand and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Fill cracks holes and imperfections with proper materials; cover surfaces to protect from paint.
• Apply paint varnish stain and other finishes; mix and match colors to desired results.
• Perform minor repairs to walls woodwork and other surfaces.
• Replace or repair fixtures like doorknobs and light switch covers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous Painting experience is required.
• Previous Facilities Maintenance experience is preferred.
