Job Title: Teardown Pump Mechanic

Loader Parts Source (LPS) is a growing company serving the skid loader repair industry. We were founded in 2008 and have since expanded into 3 buildings all located in Elkhart IN. We utilize EOS as our operating system and are driven to create leaders not just at LPS but in all aspects of life.
Summary/Purpose of the position
Teardown is a vital role in our Remanufacturing Process. You will disassemble pumps and motors to salvage and clean usable parts for future builds.
Daily Tasks:
- Disassembly of hydraulic pumps and motors
- Sandblasting and cleaning parts
- Routine maintenance of parts washers
- Cleaning and organizing of work area
- Accurate record keeping of progression
Qualifications/Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to routinely lift up to 75 lbs
- Knowledge of various hand and power tools
- Motivated to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Multitask
- Dependable
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 3:30
